Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Engineer I to assist with
data issues and system defects.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to technical issues and resolve data anomalies using SQL
scripts
Monitor core process jobs and provide fixes for job failures
outside normal hours
Execute operational back office processes, including batch jobs and
reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information
Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
0-3 years of experience in software support and development,
specifically with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle databases
Basic competency in SQL (MS or Oracle)
Familiarity with database querying tools (MSSMS, Toad) and text
editing tools (Ultra Edit, Notepad++)
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, and Outlook)
