Key Assets Recruitment is seeking a Pricing Manager for a client. This will be a direct hire position with the client company (not contract). Great opportunity to join a certified Great Place to Work company!
Position DescriptionThe Pricing Manager will oversee the determination of all pricing by monitoring market cost fluctuation, sales forecasts, deep cost analysis, and then ultimately implementing strategic pricing initiatives. The position is located a commutable 20 miles east of Dallas, TX, and will report to the company's Director of Sales. A hybrid work schedule may be possible and is open for discussion. For non-local candidates relocation assistance to the area is available.
Example of job duties:

• Provide financial analysis to support pricing, margin education and enhancement opportunity
• Support impact analysis creation and direction for recommended pricing strategies and cost models
• Present proposed pricing to top management
• Have a desire to learn about our products and product application, seeking out opportunities to learn
• Partner with the sales, purchasing, and operations teams to recommend and implement price changes as well as provide support for new product pricing
• Partner with the sales team on customer programs related to establishing new programs, making changes, and maintaining the buying group programs
• Partner with the marketing team to update price lists as required
• Work with team to perform various pricing analysis
• Updating pricing reports
• Develop and execute process improvements within the pricing department
• Partner with the demand planning to determine pricing for potential new customers
• Perform other duties as assigned
  What we are looking for in skills, education, and experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ year's pricing experience in positions of increasing responsibilities
  • Experience pricing products related to the electrical industry / wiring & cable industry strongly desired
  • Ability to execute complex financial studies/modeling
  • Entrepreneurial mindset- understanding of the effects cost/pricing/margin have on the bottom line
