Job Description:

$2500 sign-on bonus after six months.

Quick Check is always looking to add to our team! As a store manager, you will be responsible for serving each guest courteously, quickly, and efficiently with a sincere and enthusiastic attitude. You will operate the cash register, maintain the cleanliness of the store, and provide excellent customer service.
General Duties:
Treat every customer with respect.
Adhere to all company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Prepare daily store sales summaries, deposits, and A/R reports.
Create and maintain inventory control system.
Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including store profits, all controllable expenses (including labor, inventory levels and cash/inventory shortages), and shrinkage, daily paperwork and computer entries.
Communicate and perform all price change requests, mark downs/ups as requested.
Monitor cash over/short, inventory shrinkage, and drive-offs daily.
Recruit, hire, and train all store personnel and prepare weekly shift schedules.
Monitor daily ATM transactions and replenish cash as needed.
Keep refrigerated coolers, shelves and displays fully stocked, clean and fronted at all times and ensure merchandise is priced correctly.
Receive vendor deliveries, as required.
Maintain cleanliness of the store - sweep, mop, and maintain immaculate restroom facilities.
Empty indoor and outdoor trash bins, as needed.
Promote and resolve all customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Perform other tasks at the direction of corporate management.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in convenience store management required.
Must be able to work a flexible shift, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Must be able to pass a background investigation.
Must be able to successfully complete the TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certificates.
Must be able to perform basic arithmetic to accurately make change and complete shift reports.
Must follow all state and federal regulations for gas, alcohol, and tobacco sales.
Promotes great teamwork and readily assists with team needs throughout the shift.
This position requires you to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and be able to lift up to 35 and 50 pounds.
This position also requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
