Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Software Engineering
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage the analysis, design, programming, debugging, modification,
and delivery of software applications
Lead a team to deliver solutions based on the proposed roadmap and
reduce roadblocks
Analyze technology trends and their impact on product delivery
while pioneering Data Science and AI initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or
equivalent work experience
8+ years of relevant technical and business experience in IT
systems development management
2+ years of experience managing teams in an Agile environment
Background in software development with an understanding of the
software development life cycle
Proven understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and
application design
