Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Harris Southwest Dental. As a dedicated healthcare professional, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting oral health.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings and exams, to ensure optimal patient care.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patients' unique needs and concerns.
• Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.Requirements:
  • Current dental hygienist license in Texas and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
    • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patients' needs and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.Physical Requirements:
      • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
      • Prolonged periods sitting and standing.
