Clinical Pharmacy Support RoleCook Children's Health Care System is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our Overnight Pharmacy Team.This exciting role will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment, working closely with our critical care and emergency medicine teams to ensure optimal medication therapy outcomes.The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical pharmacy support to critical care areas, emergency medicine, and code response
• Participate in the development and implementation of clinical pharmacy services and protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and satisfactionRequirements:
  • Graduate from an American Council on Pharmacy Education accredited school of pharmacy
  • Texas Pharmacist and Pharmacy Preceptor licensures must be obtained within 90 days of employment
