Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medical Assistant to support a
virtual clinic model focused on addiction recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to members via chat, email, and phone
Relay member needs to providers and manage prescription issues
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with relevant
guidelines
Required Qualifications:
Passionate about customer service and working with diverse
populations
One or more years of healthcare experience preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
Experience in substance use disorder treatment or behavioral health
care is a plus
