Job Description:

We're a seasonal 80 seat restaurant in Hurst, DFW area with a fun, relaxed environment and open kitchen. We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef to run the kitchen 2 days a week, manage inventory and production, and assist with hiring and service.

Responsibilities include:


  • Working closely with the management team
  • Managing the BOH team 2 days a week
  • Focusing on food quality and presentation standards
  • Managing culinary operations, ordering, inventory and purchasing
  • Sourcing seasonal products
  • Maintaining a healthy environment and positive work atmosphere


    Requirements include:

    • 3 years of experience in similar roles
    • Attention to detail and solid communication skills
    • A "hands on" approach and positive energy
    • Food & Safety certifications and proficiency with POS and Microsoft Office products
    • Strong knowledge of special diets and ability to modify dishes as needed
