Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Prep Cook to join our team at Chartwells Higher Education - Richardson. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing food and serving customers in accordance with applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations.Key Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedules and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Prepare items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Complete and follow daily production worksheets and waste log sheets, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Operate and clean equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Store, label and date all food items according to policy, adhering to HACCP guidelines.
• Complete all required documentation, reports, and logs as needed.
• Comply with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures.
• Take orders from customers and prepare items requiring short preparation time.
