OVERVIEW:
This individual will support a new hiring ramp in the healthcare IT segment for Dell’s Services organization and will report to the Talent Acquisition Senior Manager. This recruiter will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a quality experience in staffing for candidates and customers. Ensures adherence to applicable governmental regulations & service level agreements. Promotes the company image to candidates and acts as a brand ambassador through social media channels.
 
Responsibilities:
• Interacts with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements.
• Sources, screens and interviews applicants in line with requirements..
• Sources candidates directly in the marketplace and develops candidate pools within their respective market streams.
• Works with the hiring managers to develop strong selection processes through the use of creative and innovative techniques and tools.
• Develops offers in line with approved guidelines, negotiates offer and finalizes start date with candidate.
• Continues interaction with candidate until the time the candidate joins the organization. Leads and closes all formalities related to on-boarding of the candidate.
• Accountable for the compliance and document tracking requirements as per defined process guidelines throughout the talent acquisition process.
• Develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
 
 
SKILLS:
• 8+ years of technical recruiting experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Process orientation, good interviewing skills, good knowledge of industry & excellent communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage key relationships to achieve results.
• Drives for results, customer first, intellectual capacity.
• Taleo experience strongly preferred.
• Experience recruiting for healthcare IT candidates strongly preferred.
