Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Onboarding and Engagement
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple ongoing technical projects, ensuring timely
execution and accountability
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to confirm project
scope, timelines, and success criteria
Communicate project status and manage escalations for at-risk
accounts, ensuring smooth transitions post-go live
Required Qualifications
5+ years of customer-facing Project Management experience in an
agency or SaaS setting
Understanding of Search and AI technologies in enterprise
settings
Experience with various Project Management methodologies, including
Waterfall and Agile
Project Management or Agile Certification (PMP, CSM, etc.) is a
plus
Technical degree in computer science, engineering, or a related
field is preferred
