About the Role
As a CBRE Sales Consultant, you will support clients with strategic
planning through the application of sales techniques and
operations.
Acting as a subject matter authority in support of the Business
Development, Sales, Solutions and Account teams, this role will
develop technical solutions for operations and maintenance of EV
charging infrastructure.
The primary responsibility of this role is to develop clean and
comprehensive operations and maintenance client solutions, and
staffing models. Additionally, the role will continuously refine
solutions by incorporating customer feedback and evolving market
dynamics.
What You'll Do
What You'll Need
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will
be considered.
Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple
sources of information.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in technology and ability to adapt to new tools and
software.
Outstanding organizational skills with a sophisticated inquisitive
approach.
Strong preference for experience in EV charging, infrastructure
design, engineering or deployment of EV charging
infrastructure.
Proven track record in technical sales and ability to be a key
member of a commercial/deal team.
Experience with distributed renewable energy (solar) and battery
storage is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities (in
English).
Ability to lead customer discussions towards resolution and
redefine business and technical requirements into clear,
high-quality solutions.
Financial proficiency and competence.
International experience is a plus - ability to be successful in
different market environments and cultural settings.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine
compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and
experience. The maximum salary for the Sales Consultant, EV
Solutions PJM position is $160,000 annually. The compensation that
is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's
skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will
also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's
