CareShift:Standard Weekly Hours:40Summary: The Chaplain will
provide spiritual leadership for the medical center in the areas of
pastoral care, ethics, and bereavement. Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Master's degree with major coursework in theology and
counseling.
- 4 Units of CPE or equivalent in clinical training, or extensive
pastoral leadership experience.
- Ability to work in interfaith, multicultural environment,
excellent written/oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills: mature judgment; good
boundaries, team player.
- Work history demonstrating strong pastoral work ethic.
- Demonstrated willingness to go the extra step.
- One year chaplaincy experience preferred.
- Ordination and/or Endorsement, as appropriate to candidate's
faith group.
- Spanish/Bilingual Preferred Licensure and/or Certifications:
