disciplines/processes.
- Typically has 12+ years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex
business documents.
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive
issues.
- Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using
distinctive style.
- Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on
complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public
groups.
- Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key
employees, top management, and client groups to take desired
action.
- Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles.
Ability to calculate complex figures.
- Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation
of reports.
- Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of
options in complex situations.
- Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with
proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing
matrix-based multi-industry sales environment.
- Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations
that have a direct impact on the company. Responsible for
consulting and aligning business & IT stakeholders to build the
overall organizational IT strategy, processes, information, and
information technology assets.
- Determines and develops architectural approaches and solutions,
conducts business reviews, documents current systems, and develops
recommendations of how to proceed with the applications.
- Documents and communicates the strategy using multiple
architectural models or views that show how the current and future
needs of the organization will be met in an efficient, sustainable,
and adaptable manner.
- Builds a technology vision and strategy for a service line or
technical discipline. Using a holistic approach, conducts
enterprise analysis, design, planning, and implementation for the
successful development and execution of strategy.
- Acts as the single point of contact (SPOC) between IT and the
business for analysis of business structure, processes, and
resources to meet operational goals and objectives.
- Acts as SPOC and champion for enterprise-wide IT initiatives
that impact the service line. Participates as a top level technical
expert in leading multiple consulting projects or a single
large/complex project and ensures the success of enterprise-level
application rollouts. Is considered to be the top level
contributor/specialist for multiple applications or
technologies.
- Weighs alternatives and considers service and business
implications of decisions related to applications, vendors, and
outside consultants.
- Works within IT to establish operational objectives for teams
of professionals supporting the IT platform and projects.
- May guide other architects on establishing long-term vision or
roadmaps of initiatives or designs. Implements policies and defines
approach to strategy achievement for the service line or technical
discipline.
- Provides authoritative advice to top leadership based on deep
subject matter expertise. Performs other duties as assigned. No
formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.
- Coordinates and assigns tasks to co-workers within a work unit
and/or project team. Leads project teams and/or plan, and supervise
assignments of lower level employees.
- May have responsibility for identifying training needs,
tracking performance, coaching, and motivating a work unit and/or
group.
- May have responsibility for assessing the quality of others'
work products.
- Decisions made with in-depth understanding of procedures,
company policies and business practices to achieve general results.
Responsible for setting department deadlines. Errors in judgment
may cause long-term impact to business & strategy.Required Skills:
Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Platform, Mulesoft Development, Runtime
Manager, Sr Mulesoft Hands Development experience.For this role is
